How do I reorder my photos?

You can drag and drop to reorder photos. The order is used exactly like that on your public portfolio.

How to do it

  1. Open Photos (/dashboard/media)
  2. Click and hold a photo
  3. Drag it to the position you want
  4. Release — the new order is saved automatically

While dragging you see a placeholder where the photo will land.

What gets sorted?

  • Order in your dashboard
  • Order on your public portfolio
  • Order in galleries (when sorting inside a gallery)

Sorting inside galleries

To change order within a gallery:

  1. Filter the photos area by the gallery (dropdown)
  2. Now you only see photos of that gallery
  3. Drag and drop works as usual

Mobile

Drag and drop works on mobile too — long-press a photo (hold), then drag. Can be tricky on small screens.

Tip: strongest photo first

The first 3-6 photos decide whether visitors stay longer. Place your strongest, attention-grabbing photo at the top. Hook first, rest follows.

Alternative: sort by date

If you want photos chronological, set the shooting date and sort by it. Especially useful for creators maintaining year overviews.

Undo reorder

There's currently no undo for reorder changes. Be careful with large reshuffles. Take a screenshot as reference if needed.
