How do I add my agencies?

If you're represented by one or more agencies, you can show them on your portfolio. This signals professionalism and gives bookers direct contact options.

How to do it

1. Open Profile (/dashboard/profile)
2. Scroll to the "Agencies" section
3. Click "+ Add agency"
4. Fill in the fields
5. Save

Fields per agency

• Name (required) — e.g. "Elite Model Management"
• City (optional) — e.g. "Milano"
• URL (optional) — e.g. https://elitemodel.com

Limits

• Max 10 agencies per profile
• Practically no one needs more

What's shown?

On your public portfolio, depending on theme:

• A list of all agencies
• With name and city
• If URL present: clickable link to the agency website

Who is this relevant for?

• Models — primary users, often multiple agencies in different cities
• Photographers — if you're with an agency or collective
• Creatives — if exclusively represented by a studio or collective

Tip: order

Enter agencies in priority order:

1. Mother agency first
2. Then by market priority (Milano, Paris, NYC before secondary markets)
3. Less important at the end

Freelance / no agency?

Then leave the section empty — it simply won't be shown on your portfolio.

Remove an agency

1. Click the trash icon next to the agency
2. Confirm
3. Save

Agency switch

When switching agencies:

1. Delete the old entry (or overwrite the data)
2. Add new agency
3. Save

Keep info correct

Wrong agency info is embarrassing — check regularly if your data is current. Especially when you leave or change locations.
