How do I upload multiple photos at once?
· Just drag multiple photos into the upload zone — LACOP uploads them all.
How do I upload multiple photos at once?
LACOP supports batch upload of any number of photos at once. Perfect when you upload a whole shoot.
How to do it
Option 1: Drag & drop
- Open the photos area (
/dashboard/media) - Select multiple photos on your computer (Ctrl/Cmd+click or Shift+click)
- Drag them all at once into the upload zone
- LACOP starts the upload automatically
Option 2: Click and select
- Click the upload zone
- Your OS file dialog opens
- Select multiple files (Ctrl/Cmd+A for all)
- Click "Open" — upload starts
Progress
You see a per-file progress bar and total progress. Photos upload sequentially (not in parallel) so your internet isn't overloaded.
Gallery assignment in batch
You can pick a gallery before upload — all uploaded photos go directly into that gallery. Alternatively you assign them individually later.
How many photos at once?
Technically there's no hard limit — we recommend max 50-100 photos per batch. Very large uploads (>100) can slow down your browser.
What if individual photos fail?
Errors on one photo don't stop the whole batch. At the end LACOP shows you:
- ✅ Successfully uploaded: X photos
- ❌ Failed: Y photos (with error message)
Common errors:
- Format not supported (GIF, HEIC) → convert
- File too large (>15 MB) → compress
- Network error → try again later
Tip: order
LACOP uploads photos in the order of your selection. If order matters to you, select them in the desired sequence.
